Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the executive s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Manage expense reports and budgets for the executive s office
- Oversee office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the executive team
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
