E- Commerce Operations (Ed-Tech Industry)

We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations professional for the Ed-Tech Industry to manage the entire e-commerce lifecycle, from marketplace operations to production and dispatch. You will be responsible for handling tasks across various domains, including order processing, inventory management, customer service, and administrative operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage vendor relationships, ensure quality checks, and handle dispatches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Marketplace & Order Management: Manage marketplace operations, including platforms like Amazon. Oversee the entire order processing, inventory, and returns management cycle.
• Customer Service: Handle all customer service inquiries and issues.
• Admin & Vendor Operations: Manage administrative operations, including drafting and sending out NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), creating and sending purchase orders (POs), and setting up meetings with vendors. Actively find, follow up with, and manage vendors, including tracking invoices and payments.
• Production & Quality Control: Supervise production and packaging, conduct quality checks on production samples, and ensure the quality of items for dispatch.
• Logistics & Inventory: Manage dispatches of items to shipping partners like Shiprocket. Put labels on products and manage overall inventory.

Skills Required:

• Experience in e-Commerce and marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon).
• Strong organizational skills to manage admin operations effectively.
• Ability to manage the entire order processing, inventory, and returns cycle.
• Proficiency in vendor management, including negotiation, follow-ups, and payment tracking.
• Experience in production supervision and conducting quality checks.
• Familiarity with logistics and dispatch processes.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
