Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring agents across applications, servers, and cloud environments.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and issues.
Analyze Dynatrace metrics, traces, and logs to diagnose root causes of performance problems.
Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to resolve performance issues.
Create dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide real-time visibility into system health.
Optimize monitoring configurations to reduce false positives and ensure accurate alerting.
Support incident response and post-mortem analysis with detailed performance data.
Provide training and best practice guidance to teams on Dynatrace usage.
Stay updated with new Dynatrace features and industry APM trends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM tools (AppDynamics, New Relic).
Strong understanding of application performance monitoring concepts, including transaction tracing, service flow, and infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with application architectures including microservices, APIs, and web services.
Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces for troubleshooting complex issues.
Good scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and reporting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
