Dynamo Db - Heptarc

We are seeking a Dynamo DB Professional to handle test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting using QMetry and JIRA. You will be working with technologies such as Chatbot, Telephony, Amazon Connect IVR, Amazon S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB. Experience with Integrations (Mulesoft), API testing, and Postman is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases. Manage defects and provide reporting using QMetry and JIRA.
• Technical Implementation: Work with technologies including Chatbot, Telephony, Amazon Connect IVR, Amazon S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the systems mentioned.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Experience with QMetry and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with Chatbot, Telephony, Amazon Connect IVR, Amazon S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Nice to have skills include Integrations (Mulesoft), API testing, and Postman.
