Dynamics 365, Power Platform Professional

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online (customizations and implementations), including proficiency with Plugins and Workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power Pages Development, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Essential technical skills include understanding Ribbon Workbench and OData API calls, and working with Web APIs. A good functional knowledge of Azure services (App services, Function apps, Logic apps, CI/CD deployment for Azure components, Storage account integration, Key Vault, Log Analytics, etc.) is also required, along with proficiency in C# and .Net Core.

Key Responsibilities

• Dynamics 365 CRM Development: Perform customizations and implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online, including developing Plugins and Workflows.
• Power Platform Development: Develop solutions using Power Pages Development (Portals) and Power Automate, leveraging Liquid Templates, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• API Integration: Utilize Web APIs, and demonstrate strong understanding of Ribbon Workbench and OData API calls for robust integrations.
• Azure Integration: Apply good functional knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage Account integration, Key Vault, and Log Analytics. Implement CI/CD deployment for Azure components.
• Backend Development: Develop and integrate components using C# and .Net Core.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online (Customizations and implementations).

• Strong experience in Power Pages Development and Power Automate.
