Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Skill Sets:

• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 4+ years of experience as an implementation consultant or analyst in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
• Experience in sales operations, preferably in global/multi-country scenarios
• Firm understanding of D365 F&O / Dynamics AX ERP

Knowhow on:

• Jira
• Confluence

Knowhow on Methodologies:

• ITIL-based processes
• Agile methodology

Expected Deliverables:

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/project clients
• Deliver weekly status reports, either developed directly or in coordination with project managers
• Provide program/project progress updates and highlight issues to client stakeholders and delivery management
• Conduct business analysis, functional requirement gathering, and process mapping
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Perform functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live process improvement
• Provide user support
