Key Responsibilities

• Must have done two ground-mount solar projects with a minimum 100MW of capacity
• Must have experience in designing and preparing AC/DC single line diagrams, Array layouts, Equipment layouts
• Must have experience preparing design calculations for AC/DC cable sizing, cable schedule, earthing, ETAP, Dialux, Auxiliary sizing, UPS, Battery charger sizing, Illumination wiring, and Conduit layout. LA calculation etc.,
• Preparing technical specifications as per the tender document and plant design.
• Candidate shall be well-versed with PVsyst simulation software and energy simulation.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Software for preparation of Solar PV plant design drawings, especially single line diagrams, plant layouts, inverter station layout and main control room.
• Shall be able to read the tender specifications and understand them.
• Preparation of DC & AC cable schedule as per loss criteria.
• Shall have experience in preparation of preliminary BOQ for complete PV plant up to 33kV level.
• Cable sizing calculations, earthing calculations, UPS and Auxiliary transformer sizing calculations.
• Knowledge about major PV plant component technical specifications like String combiner box, Inverter, Inverter transformer and Switchgear panels.
• Knowledge about IS, IEC codes and contemporary solar industry engineering practices
