Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Adobe DXP practice, aligned with the organization s business objectives.
- Drive market positioning by identifying trends, competitive differentiators, and emerging technologies within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate Adobe solutions with broader Total Experience initiatives, including UX, mobility, and eCommerce.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Lead solution design and technical advisory for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target. - Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, workshops, and solution demonstrations, to drive new business.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team by hiring, mentoring, and upskilling professionals across roles such as architects, developers, and strategists. - Establish and maintain best practices, methodologies, and accelerators for delivering Adobe DXP solutions.
- Oversee the successful implementation of Adobe DXP projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Strengthen partnerships with Adobe and other ecosystem partners to leverage co-sell and co-delivery opportunities.
- Publish white papers, blogs, and case studies to establish the practice as a leader in Adobe-based digital transformation.
Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Digital Experience Platforms, with at least 7 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its ecosystem, including integrations with analytics, personalization, and campaign management tools.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, headless architectures, and omnichannel strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects in diverse industries.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of at least one other major DXP platform (e.g., Sitecore, Acquia, or Liferay) to provide comparative insights and integration strategies.
- Experience in integrating Adobe solutions with other platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft.
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud products. - Exposure to GenAI and data-driven marketing practices.
