DVP & Chief Product Manager- Personal Lines Underwriting

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Motor business performance and portfolio management for the Prime Brokers Channel, including large aggregators and digital channels, across India.
• Contribute to achieving topline and loss ratio (LR) targets as set by management through regular review meetings with all stakeholders.
• Participate in periodic price review exercises using market benchmarking to identify areas for pricing correction and improvement.
• Liaise effectively with Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes related to the role.
• Ensure 100% compliance with underwriting approvals and guidelines to maintain risk quality.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are fulfilled and customers receive high levels of service.
• Conduct training sessions on products and underwriting (UW) processes for relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders and foster collaboration to achieve shared organizational goals.
