Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- VIP Guest Management: Greet VIP guests and perform special services as directed by the Front Office Manager. Assist in VIP arrivals and departures in the absence of Guest Relation Officers.
- Lobby and Public Area Oversight: Ensure cleanliness, lighting, and proper maintenance of the lobby and public areas. Monitor front office staff for professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Registration Verification: Check registration cards of arriving guests to ensure all information is accurately filled by Guest Relation Officers or guests.
- Guest Communication Support: Assist in sending guest messages, faxes, or other communications as needed.
- Night Reception Coordination: Provide instructions to the Night Reception during high occupancy periods regarding walk-in guests and releasing rooms blocked due to no-shows.
