Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and staff.
  • Supervise staff across different shifts and departments, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints effectively and ensure all concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage daily schedules, staffing levels, and performance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and other industry-specific standards.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating between departments such as housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination between the management and staff.
  • Assist in training and development of staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to perform their duties.
  • Manage shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timelines.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management regarding operational performance, customer feedback, and any issues.
  • Handle emergency situations and unexpected issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the premises are clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
