Duck Creek Policy Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our team at WITS Innovation Labs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in developing policies using Duck Creek technology.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement policy management solutions using Duck Creek Policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective policy strategies.
• Develop and maintain complex policy rulesets, including data modeling and integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to policy development and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on policy development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of policy management principles and technologies, such as Duck Creek Policy.
• Experience working with large datasets and integrating them with various systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
