DSMG - Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize recoveries, reduce delinquencies, and enhance collections efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the collections team, ensuring performance targets are met and continuous improvement.
• Risk & Compliance: Monitor risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while mitigating potential issues in the collections process.
• Data Analytics & MIS Reporting: Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and report key metrics to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to align collections strategy with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies as needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine collections processes, implementing automation and best practices to boost efficiency and performance.
