Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products.
  • Build a strong pipeline through connectors, builders, DSA networks, and open market sourcing.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify new clients through field visits, cold calling, and reference networking.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow.
  • Channel Development:
  • Onboard and manage DSAs and connectors as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with builder sales teams for lead generation and conversion support.
  • Process Adherence:
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, documentation standards, and company credit policies.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) for faster processing and disbursal.
  • Customer Support:
  • Guide customers through the entire loan process—from application to disbursement.
  • Address client queries with professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 2–5 years in Home Loan or LAP sales, preferably with exposure to builder, DSA, or connector networks.
  • Education:
  • Graduation in any stream (mandatory). Candidates with a finance or business background preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of home loan and LAP products
  • Field sales experience and ability to work under pressure
  • Relationship-building and networking capabilities
