Lead Generation
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Build a strong pipeline through connectors, builders, DSA networks, and open market sourcing.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify new clients through field visits, cold calling, and reference networking.
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow.
- Channel Development:
- Onboard and manage DSAs and connectors as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with builder sales teams for lead generation and conversion support.
- Process Adherence:
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, documentation standards, and company credit policies.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) for faster processing and disbursal.
- Customer Support:
- Guide customers through the entire loan process—from application to disbursement.
- Address client queries with professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in Home Loan or LAP sales, preferably with exposure to builder, DSA, or connector networks.
- Education:
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory). Candidates with a finance or business background preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of home loan and LAP products
- Field sales experience and ability to work under pressure
- Relationship-building and networking capabilities
