Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new DSA partners in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous business generation.
- Train DSAs on product knowledge, documentation, compliance, and processes.
- Drive loan product sales (Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc.) through DSA network.
- Ensure quality sourcing of files and adherence to company policies and KYC norms.
- Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth file processing and disbursal.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction levels across the DSA network.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Finance preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–6 years in DSA/channel sales within banking or NBFCs
- Sound knowledge of loan products – Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan
- Strong understanding of DSA operations, documentation, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
