Strong experience with Acquia, having full understanding on their architecture and offered products (including their Site Factory platform)
A strong set of values and a passion for building a great team culture
Experience mentoring/managing junior team members
A bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
Deep understanding of data structures and system design
Experience working with UI/UX and product management teams
Exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form
Passion for automation of deployment processes and testing code
