Dotnet Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Lead / Solution Architect with a background in either .NET or Mobile App development, who can work collaboratively across multiple technology stacks. This role demands strong leadership in solution design, technical decision-making, and team collaboration, with the ability to interface effectively with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional technical teams across different tech stacks.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, solution development, and review solutions proposed by the team.
• Review and validate estimates, ensure code quality, and oversee deployment processes.
• Represent the Engineering team in discussions with business stakeholders, POs, and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8 to 12 years of total IT experience with a strong background in either .NET or Mobile Application development.
• Proven experience in leading solution design and architecture reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across diverse technology teams and drive delivery.
