Dot Net Full Stack Lead

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using technologies such as React, React Native, ASP.Net Core, C#, GraphQL/REST APIs, and SQL Server.

Facilitate sprint planning, estimation, and execution in collaboration with product management teams.

Lead technical design for key features ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers while promoting best coding practices and testing standards.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate product requirements into implementation plans.

Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or GCP.

Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data protection mechanisms across applications and APIs.

Drive improvements in workflows, documentation, and API specifications using tools such as OpenAPI/Swagger.

Act as the primary engineering contact and coordinate with product, QA, data science, and other stakeholders.

Stay updated with modern frontend and backend technologies and guide the team in adopting best practices.
