Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow defined processes and quality standards during all customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
Work Schedule
- 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
- Shift window: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Any 9-hour shift within the defined window
