Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow defined processes and quality standards during all customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset

Work Schedule

  • 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
  • Shift window: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Any 9-hour shift within the defined window
