Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for policy renewals
• Explain benefits & resolve customer queries
• Retain customers and achieve targets
• Maintain records in CRM

Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate
• Languages: Any one – Hindi / Malayalam / Kannada
• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication & basic computer skills
