Sales Coordinator

Register the OC after PO is received by the sales and marketing team.
Convert the OC to PO and forward it to the relevant supplier/factory for timely delivery.
Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery.
Packing and forwarding: make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to the PO.
Quantity and product are packed in our packing material.
Arrange all outward logistics.
Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, packing list, T.C, Ewaybill)
Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy sent to the customer on time.
