Job Summary

We are seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for India-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze domestic client requirements for IT positions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for permanent and contract IT roles within India
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, JobDiva, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate salary packages and close offers successfully
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet client SLAs
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/internal recruitment systems
• Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals and maintain long-term candidate relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with domestic job portals such as Naukri & Monster
• Strong work ethic, ownership, and commitment to targets
• Result-oriented attitude with a strong desire to grow and earn
