Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers.
- Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Maintain accurate call logs and records in the system/CRM.
- Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Provide correct and complete information to customers.
- Achieve performance metrics like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone during customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are an advantage)
- Communication: Clear, polite, and effective verbal communication
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer and typing skills
- Others: Good listening and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a team
