Documentation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate final technical documentation for clients, including pump datasheets, theoretical curves, noise datasheets, nameplate drawings, and comment resolution sheets.
• Collect and validate documents from internal software, JDE system, MRE/MRA servers, intranet, and external suppliers.
• Create Manufacturer Data Books (MDB) and submit for customer approval; coordinate printing and dispatch with production team.
• Update general arrangement drawings using CAD Worx, PDF editors, and other drafting tools.
• Prepare ISO audit documents and maintain compliance records for the Documentation department.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external clients regarding document status and submission
