We are looking for a highly skilled Windchill Developer Runtime Associate with 9–10 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM solutions.

Position Title – DM, Windchill Architect

Key Responsibilities

Development Customization:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Windchill using Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs
Develop workflows, reports, and enhancements for Windchill PDMLink and other modules
Configure and customize Windchill business rules, lifecycles, and workflows
Work with Windchill REST and SOAP Web Services for third-party integrations

Runtime Support Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain Windchill system performance, troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and apply fixes
Perform Windchill rehost, patching, upgrades, and hotfix installations
Manage data migration, backup, and recovery processes
Ensure security, user access management, and IT compliance

Education & Required Skills

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
9–10 years IT/PLM experience, with 5+ years in Windchill Development Runtime
Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink and related modules
Hands-on with Java, JSP, XML, Windchill APIs, REST/SOAP
Skilled in business administration (lifecycles, workflows, rules, policies)
Experience in customization, deployment, performance tuning
Knowledge of PLM, BOM management, Change Management
CAD integration experience (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with Windchill System Admin, Apache Tomcat, Vaults, workers, Oracle/MS SQL
Troubleshooting/debugging in runtime environments
Agile and DevOps knowledge is a plus
