Shortlisting Criteria: Functional Competencies on Credit Appraisal, Credit Analysis, Unsecure Loans

Objective of the position: The objective of the position is to ensure a robust appraisal of loan applications and credit review with the goal of optimizing the mix of loans and recovery rate.

Major Deliverables  

1. Verifying & validating the documents submitted for loan applications and ensure they meet the KYC requirements and credit appraisal requirements as per the SOP.
2. Conduct appraisal of customer repayment capacity & intent to make recommendations for approval/other.
3. Ensure compliance with the Organization's Credit Policy, Procedures and service level agreements.
4. Preparation of CAM report for loan decision.
5. Proactively manage risk /exposure for assigned portfolio continuously to ensure minimized risk and ensuring good performance.
6. Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholder to the files to complete the process within organization agreed TAT.
7. Manage Customer and stakeholder relations in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
8. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
