• Facilitate and supervise outsourced agencies in their designated areas of operations.
• Provide technical support for smart meter operations including consumer surveys, indexing, installation, and maintenance.
• Steer consumer interactions to resolve technical issues and grievances promptly.
• Ensure go-live of smart meters as per project timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain operational standards and compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of smart metering projects.
• Monitor performance of agencies and report on progress, quality, and operational efficiency.
