Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Daily Dispatch Management
- Plan and coordinate dispatches from the central kitchen and warehouse to cloud kitchens as per schedule
- Ensure proper loading, route planning, and dispatch timelines are met
- Verify issuance of materials against dispatch plans to prevent shortages
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with drivers, 3PL partners, and internal teams for seamless delivery execution
- Track vehicle movements to ensure timely arrival and proper route adherence
- Maintain required documentation including delivery challans, GRNs, and transfer notes
Monitoring & Control
- Monitor cold chain compliance during temperature-sensitive shipments
- Track vehicle utilization, route performance, and escalate any delays or issues
- Identify gaps in logistics execution and implement corrective actions
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and delivery records
- Generate daily MIS reports highlighting dispatch performance, delays, and shortages
- Support initiatives for logistics cost optimization
Process Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs related to hygiene, food safety, and product handling
- Monitor vehicle hygiene and staff behavior during dispatch processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations within food, cloud kitchen, QSR, or FMCG sectors
- Solid knowledge of dispatch planning, route management, and 3PL coordination
- Familiar with GPS tracking tools and MIS reporting systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
