Job Description
• Develop and lead a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists to grow Whatman and Pall branded products across India & South Asia.
• Define and execute the Lab Filtration commercial strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Drive market share growth across key verticals such as Pharma/biopharma, CROs/CDMOs, and Academic institutions.
• Accountable for financial and demand planning for Whatman and Pall portfolios.
• Build and implement new customer or key account acquisition strategies within the country/region.
• Understand customer needs, analyze market and competitive dynamics, and develop commercial plans to capitalize on growth opportunities.
