Director - Investment Management Programmatic

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and define the overall team strategy and approach for Display and Programmatic disciplines.
• Take ownership of the vision, direction, and growth of the Display function.

Operational Excellence & Innovation:

• Ensure best practices, consistency, and innovation across all Programmatic activities.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
• Grow and evolve the product offering to remain competitive and market-leading.

Cross-Channel Collaboration:

• Liaise with other channel leaders to standardize outputs and ensure integrated marketing strategies.
• Participate in cross-channel strategic planning to align with business objectives.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Ensure achievement of annual budgets in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
• Drive profitability through effective resource planning and utilization.

Client & Partner Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media owners and senior clients.
• Enhance service offerings through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
