Job Description

Audit Leadership & Execution

  • Act as Lead Auditor for audits in accordance with the Annual Plan.
  • Understand specific business risks and controls to conduct risk-based audits.
  • Develop Terms of Reference (ToR) and test plans to achieve audit objectives.
  • Manage audit fieldwork, reporting, and close-out in line with organizational standards.
  • Deliver high-quality, well-written audit reports with actionable insights.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Engage professionally with business teams to facilitate audit delivery.
  • Manage relationships with audit teams, senior business leaders, and functional heads.
  • Guide, motivate, and steer a team of subordinates to achieve audit goals.

Technical Expertise & Process Improvement

  • Apply knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Companies Act 2013, and other relevant statutes.
  • Use SAP ERP for audit processes; leverage analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus for enhanced data-driven audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in audit and non-audit environments
