Direct Taxation

1. Preparing presentations on relevant taxation and regulatory topics;

2. Reading updates on income tax laws, company law, FEMA, stamp duty, SEBI, etc,

3. Fairly well conversant with income tax law, compliances and litigation management

4. Ability to make good and interactive presentations on a wide range of industry related topics such as

automotives, infrastructure, energy, etc

5. Good numerical skills and plotting numbers in an interactive format such as graphs and tables

6. Preparing tax and regulatory alerts on various topics

7. Attending business meetings and preparing minutes

8. Follow up on minutes, agenda and client deliverables

9. Handling client deliverables such as opinions, presentations, etc.
