Must-Have Requirements :
- Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of total experience
- At least 3+ years of recent experience in Digital Sales
- Minimum 3+ years of stability in current or previous organizations
- Sales Track Record:
- Proven success in achieving annual sales targets of $3$4 million
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and executive engagement
- Industry Exposure:
- Experience in service-based industries
- Exposure to sales in North America or global regions
- Tools & Techniques:
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing GTM strategies
- Strong acumen in incubating new verticals/solutions
- Personal Traits:
- High energy, go-to personality
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
Optional Preferences :
- B1 Visa holder (preferred for potential US travel/client meetings)
- Background in IT Staffing
- Exposure to partner alliances or strategic solution sales
- Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies
