DIPLOMA ENGINEERING TRAINEE

Job Purpose

• Responsible for reviewing and internal updating the Engineering Change Note (ECN) activity

Job Context

• 1. Coordination with all the stakeholders related to ECN.
• 2. Brief Report Creation of ECN related to material front.
• 3. Manual co-ordination of stock action and ECN implementation.

Job Dimensions

• Based at Lucy Electric India, this position will directly report to Supply Chain Manager and work with for timely update of material.

Key Accountabilities

• These will include:
• Daily ECN Review
• Completion of ECN review within 24hrs.
• Further actionable discussion with Stakeholders
• Good Knowledge of MRP System Specially D365.
• Good knowledge of Teamcentre.
• Good knowledge and hand on experience in MS Excel.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE affiliated university
• Interest to work in supply chain.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft package and project planning tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

Skills you will gain as a trainee:

• Strong background in Supply chain parameters such as OTIF calculation, inventory stock maintenance
• Knowledge of ERP/Microsoft AX/SAP
• Knowledge of Import/Exports
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHAS
