Digitalization & performance monitoring Manager

Manager- Digitalization is responsible for managing and assist in implementation of new digital tools.

Ke Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new digital tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting.

• Developing digital dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports.

• Ensure smooth integration of digital tools with existing systems (Excel, Primavera, ERP, etc.).

• Create and maintain centralized databases for project and planning data.

• Implementation of new digital tools, IoT solutions, AI/ML-based forecasting tools

• Integration of internal reports and translate the business requirement into digital solutions

• Integration of ERP data into dashboards

• Experience in working with cross functional teams and coordination with internal stakeholders

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advance Excel, Power BI).

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate project planning data from site teams, planners, and project management.

• Maintain centralized databases for schedules, progress updates, and historical project data.

• Support development of:

o Integrated planning dashboards

o Forecast and trend-based reporting

o Standardized digital reporting templates

• Identify manual, repetitive planning processes and digitize them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical/Electronics / Instrumentation / Renewable Energy / IT).

• 7–10 years of experience in progress/performance monitoring or digital systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with centralized monitoring centres in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) domain.

• Exposure to IoT, data analytics, or automation projects.

• Familiarity with ERP

• Understanding of data flows and dependencies.
