Digital Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

CFO Collaboration and Advisory

• Partner with CFOs to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational priorities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations on leveraging automation and AI to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Support CFOs in achieving financial transformation through technology and process innovation.

Automation and AI Implementation

• Identify key finance processes suitable for automation and AI adoption (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury).
• Lead implementation of AI-driven tools and automation technologies to optimize finance operations.
• Ensure integration of new tools with existing ERP systems and workflows.

Managing Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services

• Oversee outsourced finance operations including bookkeeping, payroll, management reporting, and tax compliance.
• Align outsourced services with clients' automation and digital transformation strategies.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that adds measurable value to client organizations.

Project Management

• Plan and execute client engagements involving automation, AI, and outsourcing initiatives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Serve as the main client liaison to ensure transparent communication and proactive risk management.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Create impactful proposals, presentations, and case studies demonstrating success in finance transformation.
• Build long-term relationships to drive client retention and new business opportunities.

Team Coordination and Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff on best practices in automation, AI technologies, and finance operations.
• Foster a team culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
