Job Description

  • As a Digital Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries over the phone and engage in upselling activities.
  • You will also play a crucial role in achieving sales meeting targets for various financial products, including personal loans, business loans, fixed deposits, and credit cards etc.
  • Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and sound knowledge of financial products will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with customers via Call to address their queries, provide product information, and assist with their financial needs.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by establishing rapport and building strong relationships with customers.

Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to promote and upsell financial products to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Actively work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets for personal loans, business loans, fixed deposits, and credit cards.
  • Implement strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and close sales successfully.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's financial products and services.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information and make informed recommendations to customers.

Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services offered.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and build loyalty towards the organization.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and any other relevant information.
  • Maintain organized records to track sales progress, follow-up on leads, and generate reports for management as required.
