Key Accountabilities

• Apply core product management principles to achieve business and customer goals.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Create financial memorandums including detailed cost-benefit analysis to justify product investments.
• Manage technical and operational processes related to product delivery.
• Independently address mid-level challenges and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
• Leverage data and user insights to refine product strategies and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and prioritization of business and product outcomes.
• Balance customer needs, data insights, and operational excellence in product management activities.
• Drive day-to-day accountability and performance management to ensure product success.

Experience & Education

• Education: BS/MS in Business, Economics, STEM, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a consistent record of delivering successful products.

Business Focus

• Strong analytical and commercial focus, using metrics and data-driven insights to evaluate product performance.
• Clearly define product purpose considering market, competition, technical, and operational factors aligned with bp's strategy.
• Understand business and technical economic metrics such as TCO, unit economics, NPV, ROIC.
• Translate vision into strategic product roadmaps using agile delivery in partnership with technology teams.
• Plan and control product costs, collecting and analyzing cost/benefit data to optimize value.

• Empathize with internal and external customers to innovate and reinvent product solutions.
• Integrate customer and partner feedback loops to ensure product solutions meet organizational needs.
