Digital Network - Senior SME (NW1)

Required Skills

• B.Tech / B.E. /Any Degree with Certifications / Diploma (10+2+3yrs)
• 24x7 rotation shift
• High level deliverables in Network include Cisco Nexus Appliances, Juniper MX/QFX Series Appliances, Arista high density switches, A10 load balancer, Leaf-Spine Architecture, MP-BGP, Anycast, Cisco ASA firewalls, Network management using sFlow/netconf/telemetry etc.,
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Customer's Network Infrastructure through tickets
• Experience in Network Management / Data Center / Server Management(Mandatory)
• Spanning tree, MSTP, RSTP, SONIC Network OS
• Have worked on EBGP & IBGP protocol
• Trouble shooting on OSPF, HSRP, VRP, Load balancer (Netscaler & F5 LTM).
• Global Datacentre experience mandatory, Cisco & Juniper Router Switches are mandatory
• CISCO NEXUS 3k,k,9k (VPC,VDC,FEX), Switching Technologies, VLAN,PRIVATE VLAN,STP,RSTP,VTP,DTP,HSRP.
• Experience in deployment & migration of Advanced Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP).
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Various Network Protocols related to Routing, Switching, ASA Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting & fine-tuning switches, routers F5 load balancer
• Firewall experience on Fortigate and ASA firewall, Network LAN, WAN, LINK Monitoring.
• CCIE Certification will be added advantage.

Mandatory skills for SME

• Leaf-Spine Architecture/CLOS Architecture -Overview/Able to understand topology/ Advantages over old Achitec. (not necessarily hands on)
• Switching Technologies_1: VLAN/Tagged/Untagged/Ether-channel/Port-channel
• Switching Technologies_2: STP/RSTP/HSRP/VRRP/LLDP
• Routing Technologies: BGP/OSPF/ISIS(Overview)/ECMP
• Service Technologies:  MPLS (Basic understanding)/IPSLA/BFD
• VPN Technologies: IPSEC/GRE/L2VPN (psudowire)
• Security Technologies: ASA/ACL/NAT/Proxy
• Layer 4 Technologies: TCP/UDP (Understanding both)
• Network management: SNMP/NTP/TACACS/DNS/DHCP
• Basic understanding on Linux (create/move/copy/Linux networking..etc)

SME:

• In-depth understanding on Leaf-Spine Architecture/CLOS Architecture
• Deep understanding on Routing protocols/Switching protocols
• Deep understanding on MPLS and TE(Traffic Engineering)
• Confident in Troubleshooting network issues
