Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Digital Media Strategist with a strong background in EdTech or educational services to join our team in Kozhikode, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be a leader in digital strategy and campaign execution, responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and brand engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and revenue targets. You will oversee integrated multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns to generate leads, targeting student and parent personas. You'll be responsible for achieving specific KPIs, such as 400,000 MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) annually and a 25% MQL to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rate.
  • ROI Management, P&L Ownership & Reporting: Maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) with a minimum benchmark of 5x. You will own and manage digital marketing budgets and deliver performance insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Creative Strategy & Content Delivery: Lead creative direction to boost CTR (Click-Through Rates) to 5%. This includes managing video production workflows and ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery of campaign content.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mentor a high-performing team of media buyers, content producers, and designers. You will also coordinate with sales, academic, and product teams to ensure campaign coherence.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Direct all social media campaigns and influencer collaborations. You'll analyze engagement data to optimize content strategies and scale online community growth.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in EdTech or educational services.
  • Experience in running multilingual or pan-India campaigns.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • The ability to design and optimize full-funnel campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage P&L, maximize ROAS, and deliver performance insights.
  • Experience in creative strategy and video production workflows.
  • Leadership skills to mentor a team and collaborate across different departments.
  • Familiarity with student behavioral data, educational marketing trends, and academic content formats.
