Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Optimization & Operations

  • Assist with publishing and editing articles in the Media section.
  • Conduct content audits across digital channels and implement suggested updates.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team in New Jersey for global alignment.

Social Media & Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms as per corporate guidelines.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Monitor social media analytics, performance, and competitor activities.
  • Support ORM activities by tracking and responding to online reviews.

SEO Support

  • Perform basic keyword research and optimize on-page/off-page content.
  • Build internal backlinks and maintain the Media Section's structure.

Email Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to design and execute email campaigns.
  • Audit subscriber lists, segment audiences, and monitor campaign metrics.
  • Identify and correct deviations to ensure compliance with branding guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data from digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Prepare performance reports for digital campaigns and key metrics.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain the digital marketing asset library.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
