Job Description
- Execute the social media strategy for pre and post-sales experience
- Build communities, create reviews & generate leads & sales through SM marketing
- Develop engaging content and communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Create and send mailers, support online & offline collateral creation
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and customer/audience preferences
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Support the PR effort of the organization and add/invite/connect those who sailed
- Manage client social media pages
- Support the sales team for on-ground sales and event management - interact with walk-ins, give vouchers, update tracker, send proposals, generate and convert leads
