Job Description

  • Craft Digital Marketing strategies across SEO, performance marketing, content marketing and social media.
  • Craft project-wise marketing calendars for the month and lead the team to meet deadlines and deliveries.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the project status and execution.
  • Delegate priority-wise tasks and duties to the respective team members across all functions.
  • Host team meetings to innovate marketing strategies for lead generation and improved performance to meet client expectations.
  • Act as a Point of Contact to the customers/clients.
  • Meet client expectations and results as defined in the proposal/agreement.
  • Discover and identify new marketing channels as per the industry of the client.
  • Work closely with the entire team to monitor quality, share feedback and meet deadlines.
  • Initiate fresh/new strategies as per the calendar proactively.
  • Stay current with industry and user trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies and use it to create a full stack marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads. Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and make data-driven adjustments while working with responsible team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, central marketing, product and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified customer experience.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proven experience of 3 years as a Digital Marketing / Growth Manager in a marketing agency.
  • Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus. Master s is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong creative and copy writing skills with an eye for detail and design.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
