Digital Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Analytics:
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and performance.
• Utilize OneTrust for compliance management.
• Content & Platform Management:
• Oversee website management and content strategies using a CMS (Content Management System).
• Lead Email Marketing efforts, including copywriting.
• Manage Social Media Reporting and strategy.
• Creative & Technical Skills:
• Apply design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop and a basic understanding of UX/UI.
• Utilize knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• For an Assistant/Senior Manager role, 6+ years of experience is required with skills in CMS, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, Hotjar, OneTrust, and design.
• For a more senior role, 8+ years of experience is required with additional expertise in Email Marketing, Martech, Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media Reporting, and website management.
• Education: A graduate degree is required.
• Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work in a UK shift.
