Job Description

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, increase online traffic, and drive conversions across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for the company's digital platforms including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of landing pages, online ads, and email campaigns to ensure they align with marketing objectives.
  • Manage online advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to drive engagement and conversions.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and report on digital campaign performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
