Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients digitally by engaging with leads through the Loan Management System (LMS) or other digital platforms.
- Assist clients in downloading and navigating the mobile application.
- Guide clients through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure completion and compliance.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client queries or technical issues related to app usage and KYC.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics and progress to management regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving acquisition targets.
- Basic knowledge and interest in the stock market and related financial products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum education: Completed 10th and 12th standard.
- Graduate in any discipline with no backlogs (mandatory).
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications.
