DEVOPS SRE

Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, Sumo Logic, and OpenTelemetry
• Advanced PromQL query writing and Grafana panel/alert development
• Proficiency in Kubernetes operations (pods, services, scaling, RBAC, troubleshooting)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps automation (Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, GitOps)
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, Datadog, or New Relic in hybrid environments
• Experience handling large-scale distributed systems monitoring
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their observability APIs
• Excellent debugging skills in Linux, networking, and distributed applications

• Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for mission-critical services; ensure they are monitored and reported in Grafana/Sumo Logic/Dynatrace
• Standardize Open Telemetry instrumentation across microservices (Go, Java, Python, Node
• js) and propagate traces across service meshes (Istio/Linkerd)
• Define alerting hierarchies (symptom-based cause-based), reduce noise, and implement multi-signal correlation for incidents
