DevOps Engineer Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor applications and infrastructure, respond to production incidents, and provide timely resolution during US night hours.
• Contribute to infrastructure enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and cloud-native best practices.
• Work closely with development teams to support microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Manage and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement preventive measures.
• Support system administration tasks across Linux environments, including Bash scripting.
• Ensure security best practices including SAML, encryption, certificates, and web security controls.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to quality assurance and operational standards.
