Devops engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration and delivery processes. You will play a key role in enhancing our deployment pipelines and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments and applications.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
